On March 10th, the members of the Midwest Club entered a time machine (the Aberdeen and Banyon Rooms) and emerged in the Roaring 20s at the mansion of the mysterious millionaire, Jay Gatsby. All the cool cats and fancy flappers were dressed in appropriate attire and enjoyed dancing the night away with “Charleston” lessons from members, Curt and Wendy Johnson. Hostesses, Glenda Schmit, Terry Kondoleon, and Mary Kay Danecki kept the evening lively with 1920s trivia, and everyone enjoyed the delicious food prepared by the “it crowd” of members and guests.
