The Midwest Club held its annual Birthday Celebration for all members on January 13th. Hosts Shirley and Mike Cunningham provided several fun games that kept the members scratching their heads as they tried to answer trivia questions. The club enjoyed a potluck luncheon with lots of delicious food and a beautiful birthday cake.
The club’s biennial elections were held, led by Forrest Coleman. New officers were chosen for two-year terms: Shirley Cunningham, President; Wendy Johnson, Vice-President; Winnie Metz, Treasurer; and Mike Cunningham, Secretary.
Vice President, Wendy, will be hosting our Valentine & Friendship luncheon on February 10th. We’re also planning our Roaring 20’s, Great Gatsby party with Deb and Dave entertaining on the evening of March 10. New members are always welcome!
